Adding Points to Customers Manually

If your restaurant does not use the Munchi POS system, you can still manually add points for customer purchases using your own smartphone. For online store orders, points are updated automatically.

  1. Log in to the Munchi Loyalty Program administration page (use the same credentials as for the Munchi portal): https://club.gomunchi.com/admin/login

  2. Scan the customer’s QR code or search for the customer by name, phone number, or email.

  3. Enter the amount of the customer’s purchase.

  4. Click Send.
