Add a loyalty customer to the order so they can earn points on their purchase.

How to add loyalty customer to the order

  1. Tap the user icon in the top-right corner.

  2. Add User.

    • Option 1: Scan – Scan the customer’s QR code.

    • Option 2: Search – Search for the customer by name, email, or phone number, then tap Select User.

How to remove loyalty customer from the order

  1. Tap the user icon in the top-right corner.

  2. Tap Profile.

  3. Tap Remove User.

Once the customer is added to the order, loyalty points will be automatically credited to their account after checkout.
