How to Connect a Label Printer

  1. Open the file Lotta has given you → press “utilities” → “wireless device setup wizard”

  1. check the photo and connect the grey cabel from the label printer to your computer before pressing anything (one end in your computer and one in the label printer)

  2. then click “next”

  3. click “checked & confirmed” → next

  4. searching for the wireless networks → wait this to run (can take some minutes) → select the same wifi as the pos screen is using. → network key is the password of the wifi → next → next → wait to submit the settings.

  5. wait this to appear:

  1. after this unplug the cabel from the printer → press “finish” → all done with the printer

  1. From the POS screen → Download from appstore → “brother iPrint & label” app (if not downloaded already)

  2. Connect to the same wifi (the tablet and the label printer)

  3. Open the app and choose the model “QL-810W” → click done

  4. click on “new label” → print → click on the printer → allow what is asking → show all connections → wait for a while → it should show the model & IP (HOX! note the number it sayes for example “10.86.198.250”) → press “done”

  5. Open the Munchi One app and tap the three lines (☰) in the bottom left corner.

  6. Go to Settings → System → Printers.

  7. create a printer → select a printer → label printer → inter the IP number → test connection → allow → name “label printer” → ticket settings “font style” → bold → “font size“ large → create
