How to Refund an Order<ol><li>Open the POS and go to the "Transactions" tab.</li><li>In the top left corner, select "Online" or "POS" depending on which payment method you want to refund.</li><li>Find and tap the transaction you want to refund.</li><li>Press "Refund" and follow the steps until the refund is completed.</li><li>Once done, the transaction will show "Refunded" to confirm it went through.</li></ol>Payment terminal notes:<ul><li>Viva — no need to tap the card to the terminal.</li><li>Worldline &amp; Nets — the customer must hold their payment card to the reader to complete the refund.</li></ul>

You can use Invoice as a payment method in the POS when companies are set up as customers. Once the customer is created in the Portal you can use invoice as payment method on your POS. Note: if you cannot see invoice in your POS payment methods contact Munchi support.
