Managing invoice companies

You can use Invoice as a payment method in the POS when companies are set up as customers. Once the customer is created in the Portal you can use invoice as payment method on your POS. Note: if you cannot see invoice in your POS payment methods contact Munchi support.

Add new company to invoice

  1. In the Portal, navigate to Customers β†’ Companies.

  2. Use the company filters to select your business.

  3. Click + Add Company.

  4. Enter the required company information.

  5. Click Create Company to save.

Export company invoicing report

  1. Click the History icon.

  2. Select the timeframe (period) for the report.

  3. Click Download Report.

Use invoice as payment method on POS

  1. Select Invoice Company.

  2. Add items.

  3. Proceed to checkout.

  4. Select Invoice as payment method.
