Refunding a Transaction in Viva

You can refund part of an order’s total amount directly from your Viva account. The full order can be easily refunded directly from the POS under the “Transactions” tab.

  1. Log in to your Viva account.

  2. From the side menu, select Sales and then Sales Transactions.

  3. Find the correct transaction by filtering the appropriate date range or, if needed, using the advanced search in the upper-right corner of the window.

  4. Check the transaction details by clicking the Info button.

  5. Once you have confirmed that the transaction is correct, click Refund.

  6. In the window that opens, enter the refund amount and add a reference, for example: “Refund: 2 donuts”.

  7. Finally, click OK to confirm the refund.
