Once ingredients are connected to menu items, Munchi automatically deducts the correct quantities from inventory whenever a product is sold, helping you track stock levels accurately and avoid running out of essential items.

You can use Invoice as a payment method in the POS when companies are set up as customers. Once the customer is created in the Portal you can use invoice as payment method on your POS. Note: if you cannot see invoice in your POS payment methods contact Munchi support.

You can refund part of an order’s total amount directly from your Viva account. The full order can be easily refunded directly from the POS under the “Transactions” tab.
